backyard wind generator - Ocean Wave Energy Conversion or Transfer Success! Cable to shore

This is a video (one of several) of my effort to cause weights to bob up and down on shore, powered by a 50 gallon drum/float, an underwater teeter totter, a 1/8 inch steel cable, and ocean waves on a very calm day. The teeter totter has a counterweight on one end. It will survive a storm as easily as thousands of buoys already deployed, and could easily be scaled up -- with for example cables like those used on ski lifts -- to generate significant power on shore at very little cost. This would be far cheaper, simpler, and more survivable in storms, than many other devices that are attracting serious commercial investment. Any generator located on shore would be far easier to build and maintain. I have a US patent issued in 1998 on a similar design, and both a US and an international application now pending on a refined version, for which a favorable opinion has been received from the official search office.
