www.ntv.co.ke A 1.2 billion-shilling renewable energy entrepreneurship fund targetin East Africa has been launched in Nairobi. The Africa Enterprise Challenge fund is seeking innovative ideas in agri-business, rural financing services and renewable energies to assist small-scale farmers adapt to climate change. Prime minister Raila Odinga says other than the climatic benefits expected, the fund will stimulate the economy especially in rural areas.
