DIY wind power - DIY WIND TURBINE BLADE SPINNING IN LOW WIND FULL TORQUE BLADE WINDMILL

This was during Tropical Storm Fay. We got missed and only had grey skies and light winds. The strongest wind was close to 20 MPH one night. This blade is a full torque design and is not tapered at the tips. This provides more power with slower RPMS. It can handle a 2:1 or 4:1 gear ratio.
